Terms and Conditions

• Your booking includes breakfast.
• We are unable to accommodate any unexpected additional guests (including CHILDREN).
• The room/s you have booked can only accommodate the number of guests you have booked
  for (including all booked and paid for CHILDREN).
• We do not have cots or extra beds to accommodate any unbooked and unpaid for guests
  (including CHILDREN).
• If you find you need to amend your booking to add more guests or change dates, please do so
  immediately by contacting us on [email protected]
• If you have booked MULTIPLE ROOMS with us, one or more of your booked rooms may be
  in both our Manor and Lodge properties.
• We are NOT A SELF CATERING Guest House and do not have mini-fridges or braai facilities on
  our properties or in our rooms.
• The FIREPLACES available in our rooms and lounge is NOT EQUIPPED TO BE USED AS A BRAAI.
  They are there merely for warmth and to create a cozy environment.
• Check-in times 3-8pm, please make arrangements with reception if arriving later than 6pm.
• Breakfast is available between 8-9am and it is included in your booking.
• Check out 10:00am.
• STRICTLY NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED inside rooms and buildings.
• Children 0-12 years need full parental supervision.
• ALL facilities used at own risk.
• Parking is provided to all Guests free of charge.
• Please be aware all measures are taken to keep all our guests and their possessions safe during
  their stay. However we cannot be held liable or responsible for any injury, damages or loss of
  any kind.
• Quiet time will be from 10pm-6am, NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC.
• Please respect the privacy of all our Guests.
