Booking Terms

  • RATES EXCLUDE BREAKFAST, thus bookings are based on a ROOM RATE ONLY;
  • BREAKFAST is an OPTIONAL EXTRA, BOOKED and PAID on ARRIVAL;
  • BREAKAGE/LOSS/DAMAGE DEPOSIT for LARGE GROUPS: R500.00 per room and R1000.00 per family room for 4 guests is required in cash as a security damage/breakage or loss of property, deposit. This will be refunded as soon as all rooms are inspected before departure and no damage/breakage or loss of property is found;
  • ALL GUESTS TO FIRST Proceed to Reception for registration, check-in and key collection before unpacking vehicle/s;
  • There is NO 24hr check-in facility, Please arrange with the office beforehand if you may be late;
  • All Rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning Units for both Heating and Cooling. Guests are requested to TURN OFF all electrical appliances including the Air Conditioner when you are not in your room/s;
  • We are NOT A SELF-CATERING Guest House and DO NOT have braai facilities on our properties or in our rooms. You are however welcome to bring your own cooler boxes with ice. Each room has its own mini bar fridge;
  • Restaurants are within a short walking distance from Autumn Breeze Manor Guesthouse;
  • It is essential to make a reservation well in advance, especially during busy periods, eg. Public Holidays and School Holidays;
